Range Rules to Reduce Suicide Risk:
1. No Solo Rentals:

Towers Armory will refuse to rent firearms to individuals who arrive alone

This policy is based on research and real-world cases showing a higher suicide risk among first-time or solo visitors renting guns
2. Customer Screening and Discretionary Policies:

Towers Armory will not rent firearms to those who show signs of emotional distress, erratic behavior, drug use or intoxication

Towers Armory reserves the right to refuse service if something feels “off,” even if the person is accompanied
3. Required ID and Waiver Checks:

Strict ID verification and liability waiver processes, no one without Identification will be allowed to rent firearms or use the range

4. Limiting Types of Firearms for Rent:

Towers Armory may limit rental options to reduce risk or require customers to demonstrate proficiency before allowing access to certain firearm
RENTAL FIREARMS RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Persons under the age of 18 may not use firearms without an accompaning legal Parent or Guardian
Anyone who smells like they have been using drugs will be refused entrance to the range
No outside ammuntion may be used in any rental firearms
Ammunition must be purhased at the time of the rental
Ammunition for Rental Firearms
Each rental firearm has been tested and paired with specific ammunition to ensure safe and reliable function. While most firearms of the same caliber will use the same type of ammo, certain models may require a specific brand or load to operate properly. For this reason, only approved ammunition may be used in our rental firearms, and in some cases, you may be required to purchase a particular type of ammo for that specific rental. This helps us maintain the safety, reliability, and longevity of our rental fleet.
Rental rules change periodically and Towers Armory may adjust these rules accordingly so please review any new versions of these rules before using rental firearms.
